1. Service Description

Synthcast is an AI-powered live streaming platform that enables creators to deploy AI avatars that interact with their audience in real time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Synthcast. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Do not impersonate others without consent.
Do not generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Do not violate TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, or Instagram terms of service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Synthcast offers Free, Creator ($29/mo), and Pro ($79/mo) plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

5. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content generated by your AI avatar. Synthcast provides the technology but does not moderate AI-generated responses in real time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Synthcast is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
